No, there is no minimum order.
All our items listed on Let it Dry are checked if they are in stock. If your desired item(s) cannot be shipped to you, Let it Dry will inform you immediately.
Most orders will be ready for dispatch within 24 Hours of payment. Please allow appropriate number of days of the delivery. In order to ensure the production goes as quickly as possible, please ensure that:
- You provide us with correct payment information
- Billing and delivery address are correct
We print your personal apparel as soon as it has been paid. If your order hasn’t been paid yet and the order is still in progress.

To get the best results, your picture or graphic should correspond to the following requirements:
• Valid file formats are .png, .jpg, .bmp or .tif
• Minimum resolution of 200 dpi, prefereably 300 dpi
• Maximum file size is 10MB
The size and resolution of your graphic can be checked and modified in most photograph editing software, such as Microsoft Office Picture Manager or Photoshop.
In order to get the best out of your garment, we kindly ask you to care for it as follows:
- Wash before use
- Wash at 30° C
- Do not use liquid detergents
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron on a high heat
- Do not use fabric softener
- Wash inside out

All of your personal information will be handled confidentiality. Your information will be saved and used solely for completing your transactions. Your information may be used for address verification as well as a credit check. Under no circumstance will your personal information be shared with any third party.

Our return policy for “personalized items” is we “do not” accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 7,Outer Space Storage Express Trading Estate, Stonehill Road, Bolton BL4 9TP, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
